We have decades of financial experience that enables us to accurately estimate project costs, and track on target to those estimates. Don’t fall victim too vague, low and/or incomplete estimates that turn into cost overruns. Village Homes offers accurate upfront package pricing, so you can sleep soundly at night.

An initial consultation quote from Village Homes typically includes the following:

> Home Price w/ Standard Specifications, Customer Requested Items and Vermont VT Tax (No Tax Included for New Hampshire NH Projects)

> Delivery of the Home to the Site Location (or within 10 Miles of Village Homes Sales Center if unknown)

> Complete Set Up & Button Up of the Home (see a Village Homes Installation Guide for details).

Optional Site Work / On-Site Finish Work Estimates (for Turnkey Projects):

Village Homes is a full service General Contractor offering turnkey packages. There are several variable components to a turnkey project. We consider such components to be optional, and will typically exclude them from an initial quote until further discussion is had. We can, and often will, add an allowance for site work / on site finish work to our quote upon request after an initial meeting. Allowances serve as a placeholder until we have had the opportunity to visit your home site, and put together an accurate estimate.  Our preferred excavation contractor is Ran-Mar Construction, however we work with excavation contractors all over Vermont VT & New Hampshire NH.
