All of our Pre-Owned / Used Mobile Homes have been evaluated for quality and condition, and are priced accordingly. Our used / pre-owned homes are sold AS-IS with no warranty, and the advertised price does not include delivery, set-up, or sales/transfer tax – unless advertised otherwise.
